There is no driver, so the front of the Carriage belongs to you: a walnut table in a curved glass nose, a meal plated by the hotel kitchen, and the road unfolding ahead.

In Sleep Mode the side glass turns opaque while the roof stays perfectly clear. The Carriage holds a steady 55 mph in the right lane, and the ride is calm enough to sleep through.

One suite, three ways

The same seven metres of quiet becomes a bedroom, an office or a boardroom, so a single Carriage works through the night and through the day.

Concept estimates for a 13-tonne autonomous coach, assuming battery packs reach about 260 Wh/kg by 2028. Level 4 autonomy on approved highway corridors, with 24/7 operations and concierge oversight.

The Ritz-Carlton already has ten properties between Portland and Phoenix. Give each one a megawatt charger in the forecourt, and the hotels become the network.
